Romantic Retreats is not responsible for any adverse physical reaction to any product including food or skin products in our packages. I also understand that Romantic Retreats is not responsible for any fire damage due to the lighting of candles by Romantic Retreats. I understand that Romantic Retreats is not responsible for any losses due to my negligence. Payment in full is required prior to services being rendered. Should you decide to cancel, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total payment and a refund will be issued. If you cancel within two (2) days or less from your planned date, you will forfeit 25% of your payment. The cost of purchases made on your behalf, prior to cancellation will also be deducted from your refund in addition to the above mentioned cancellation fees. Remember that hotels and cabins have very strict cancellation policies and will surely impose their own cancellation fees. These fees if suites/rooms and or cabins are reserved under Romantic Retreats on your behalf will be deducted from your refund as well.
